He was also an Assistant Coach with the NCAS Rowing Program from 2004 &#8211; 2019<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Harold was been a pro-active coach , who embraced new coaching philosophies and ideas. He was of great assistance to both Colin Lang \u2013 NCAS Head Coach in 2004-2007 and John Kincade\u00a0 &#8211; Head Coach NTID Program in 2006-08 and NCAS Head Coach in 2008 &#8211; 2019.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\">In respect of his rowing specific coaching over this period I have had the rewarding opportunity of working with Harold and observed his obvious ability to relate to athletes and his teaching methodology. Harold was a wonderful mentor to all coaches in our program.
