ACE Performance Coaching
Ace performance Strength and Conditioning Coach Callum Rayner joined NCAS for the Academy Games. Helping to prepare athletes prior and post games, Callum was an enormous help.
“It was a pleasure coaching NCAS athletes through a range of warm ups, game ready priming and cool down protocols to get them physically and physiologically ready for their games, as well as maintaining themselves over the tournament.”
